Vintage Heuer Yacht Timer Regatta Stopwatch

A striking vintage 'JUMBO' Heuer Yacht Timer designed for timing yacht races and regattas. The highly distinctive dial features Heuer's colour-coded five-minute countdown system, with four, three, two and one-minute sectors surrounding the central red countdown hand.

Produced by Heuer during the late 1960s and 1970s, the Yacht Timer was a specialist timing instrument intended for sailing competition. Its oversized proportions, bold graphics and bright colour blocking have since made it an especially recognisable piece of vintage Heuer design.

This example features the characteristic white dial, blue, green, yellow and red countdown sectors, red hand and stainless-steel case. The case and dial show visible signs of age and use, giving the piece an authentic vintage appearance. Supplied without a strap.

Condition: Excellent vintage condition with visible age-related wear, marks and patina to the case, crystal and dial. Please refer to photographs for condition. Function has not been independently verified.
